SUPEREGO

The superego is a concept from Freudian psychoanalytic theory, representing one of the three parts of the human psyche, alongside the ego and the id.

It acts as the moral conscience, internalizing societal norms, rules, and values often instilled by parents or other authority figures during childhood.

The superego strives for perfection and judges our actions, producing feelings of guilt or pride depending on how well we align with its standards, pushing us to do what is "right" and avoid what is "wrong" taking measure of the id's raw desire and the ego's pragmatism.

-NAUT

The suffix "-naut" comes from the Greek word "nautes" meaning sailor or navigator, and is used in English to form nouns denoting someone who travels, explores, or operates in a specific realm or medium.

Examples include astronaut (from astro, meaning star) and aeronaut (from aero, meaning air).

Too, the suffix implies journeying through a particular domain, often with a sense of boldness in the face of the unknown and a desire for discovery and skill development.

SUPEREGONAUT

One who navigates or explores the realm of morality, conscience, and ethical ideals, who boldly ventures into the complexities of right and wrong to wrestle with the demands of the superego.
